Getting started

From first conversation
to a working site.

A staged setup gives you time to agree the rules, prepare your users and check the system before launch.

Six steps. One agreed launch plan.

01

Tell us about your site

Share the postcode, spaces, current arrangements and your main concern: misuse, administration or paid parking.

02

Site assessment

We review entrances, layout, power, connectivity, existing equipment and the people who need permission to park.

03

Written proposal

You receive the proposed equipment, parking rules, responsibilities and commercial terms, including ongoing charges.

04

Agreement and preparation

Confirm the scope, authorised contacts and launch plan. Agree signage and how residents, staff or visitors will be informed.

05

Installation and setup

Install the agreed equipment and signage, configure the site and permits, and check the camera and data connections.

06

Test, train and launch

Test representative parking journeys, show your team the portal and agree the start date and support arrangements.

Useful things to have ready.

  • Site postcode and approximate number of spaces
  • Your role and authority to arrange parking management
  • Who should park: residents, staff, customers, guests or the public
  • Existing cameras, barriers, power and internet connection
  • A site plan or entrance photographs, if available
  • Current parking problems and any existing operator agreement
  • Whether parking should remain free or become chargeable
  • Preferred timing and any communication needs for residents

You do not need all of this to enquire. We can work through the details with you.

What happens after you enquire?

Your enquiry is saved for our team to review. We’ll contact you to understand the site and arrange the next step. An enquiry does not activate parking enforcement or enter you into a contract.

Installation dates depend on the survey, permissions, equipment and agreed scope. Training and support arrangements are included in your proposal.

Let’s look at your car park.

Tell us what needs to change. We’ll review your site and discuss the practical options before you commit.
