If you believe a Parking Charge Notice was issued incorrectly, you can submit a free appeal. We review every appeal fairly, in line with the British Parking Association's AOS Code of Practice.
Complete the form below within 28 days of receiving your Notice to Keeper. Include any evidence supporting your case.
Our Appeals Manager will review your submission alongside ANPR records, site evidence and tariff rules. We aim to respond within 14 days.
If your appeal is upheld, the charge is cancelled. If rejected, you'll receive a POPLA code allowing you to escalate to the independent adjudication service.
All fields marked * are required. Please include as much supporting detail as possible.
If we reject your appeal, you will receive a 10-character POPLA verification code. POPLA (Parking on Private Land Appeals) is a free, independent service that will review your case impartially. Visit popla.co.uk for more information.
